The bench allows to perform flow rate tests with free outlet up to 600 L/min, flow rate tests with differential pressure and Kv coefficient calculation, and pressure tests at different flow rate values in order to reveal the curve trend of pressure regulators and reducers.
The main components of the bench are:
- Pressurisation device with two 7,5 kW pumps.
- 2000 L drain and supply tank.
- Two independent measuring lines (DN 15 and DN 40).
- Control station with PC, monitor and acquisition card for the execution and managing of the tests.

- Maximum flow rate: 350+350 L/min (with two pumps).
- Maximum flow rate: 600 L/min (with one pump).
- Operating range of DN 15 line: 1-100 L/min.
- Operating range of DN 40 line: 15-650 L/min.
- Working pressure: 0,5-10 bar.
- Maximum pressure at 500 L/min: 8 bar.
- Water supply: cold water.
