Hydraulic bench for high-pressure test suitable to evaluate the tightness of the hydraulic device under test and its volume change as a function of pressure.
Test pressure is generated by a double-acting hydraulic intensifier (maximum pressure: 350 bar); the flow-rate is measured by a flow-meter placed on the supply line.
The computer evaluates the changes in pressure and flow-rate as a function of time and draws the curve of volume change as a function of pressure.
At the beginning of the test the device placed under vacuum then is filled with water and is led to the initial pressure by means of a multistage electric pump.
AQ2tb dedicated software allows to execute the test procedure according to the predetermined cycle.
